Why are there only 1350rp Skins ?

There was a time 1350 RP skins were something rare ... or at least a fair balance between 950 RP and 1350 RP. Like I don't care if the effects are a little bit better than the one from 950 RP.. but slowly I think its not worth anymore to buy that "expensive" skins.. as they aren't really more special than 950RP. Yeah and I really don't give a fck if the voice is changed at all or the effects look better.

I also don't like the fact. that Ziggs is now getting his FOURTH Skin with effects meanwhile other champions have no single one.
