Yes, and its the 4-5th time Riot makes jungle "improvements" that acutally nerfs this champ, in addition to all the other nerfs he has recieved the last year. The song "killing me softly" comes into mind.
And lets face it, how many AO junglers are there? We got Fiddle, and now Ekko. Some play AP Xin and AP malph, but rarely in the jungle. So.. niche item that nerfs half of its useres. God damnit..
