but let her condemn 2 champions to eachother actually give this champion a skill floor please.

It is a skillshot. -.- you have to manage to knock the enemy into a wall. Something they have 80% control over.
I would do skillshot, hits one target, hits two targets while ulted.

Unless we're gonna make Rengar's leap a skillshot and take away its bush ability, take the damage off of Ka'zix's E, halve the range of Katarina's Q, etc. etc.
Assassins have more than enough tools to deal with an ADC having one and only one CC ability.
I mean whenever I play against her bot it's fine but on top lane is when that condemn is bs. If you're not playing a high mobile champ(thank you Riven) or have some kind of counter poke or burst(Pantheon, Olaf, Mundo) she'll just harass even the Tankiest champs out of lane and if you try to respond and trade she just gets a free never miss knockback and kites your ass if you continue chasing. If at least her Condemn was a skillshot this would make a lot of us top laners sweat a little less when we see her going top.
