How to really fix iceborn gauntlet
This item, on a typical tank, does about 160-170 damage at level 18. On ez, in addition to the slow, it does 121. I suggest changing the sheen proc on it to make it much more of a tank item:
Old ib sheen: 125% base attack damage New ib sheen: up to 150% base attack damage based on bonus armor
That means ez would probably be rocking about 75% base ad if you look at his runes plus the 65 armor on the item. He could get up to a little over 110% with zhonyas. A tank, though, could really lay down the smack.
