Illaoi damage output is too much to handle

bring the hate and the downvotes riot rats. I don't really care about your ultra specfici explanations on how you want to be the poster child of this forum in proving anyone saying anything about riot design is wrong is forbidden. i start a game. there is an illaoi. i get 4 hir at levels 1-6 from there on i get two 3 hit. i cant simply dodge all her tentacles. and if i play passive i lose tower pretty easily. i can't recover from losing a 1/3 of my health every hit i get. especially with those broken hit boxes. shes a broken champion. fix her please.
