no im saying it's too strong to be up every 45 seconds at lvl 11. they recently nerfed ez's for a similar reason. she shouldn't be able to snipe you with it as youre backing, then as soon as you get back to lane have it up again to kill you.

Also the hitbox on it is busted as fuck. like you can argue against nerfing it's cooldown, but it's hitbox is broken, no question about it.

Every time she goes back to lane. post 6. I gank, she turns on me and kills me with it, so I figure, ill just go back as soon as im up, shes pushing out... I get there as soon as im up and run to her lane, and it hits me again. this is when people are still laning so death timers aren't too long by then. Essence reaver is core on her now, so she gets a lode of cdr too.

I mean it's a big arrow, so the hitbox is going to be big of course.

but there will be times when it looks like the projectile shouldn't have hit me but somehow it still did. the hitbox is bigger than the projectile by quite a bit.

Her ult cooldown is 100/90/80.
They nerfed Ez's ult cooldown because he can get it fast with his Q proc. There's nothing "similar" at all.
Why the fuck were you backing in her vision then?
It's a big arrow. Having it a big hitbox is nothing surprising.

Uhh her ult has a 100/90/80 second base cooldown.... You say it's up every 45 seconds at level 11 but you can't even get it to a 45 second cd at level 16 with 45% CDR...

I agree that Ashe's ult is strong, but I feel like it should get hit with the Gragas treatment and have a delay with an animation when she shoots it that allows players who aren't a mile away to actually react in a way that doesn't require a flash or a Tristana jump.
