Did Riot make a thread asking what players want for the upcoming Galio rework

For the major class updates, I remember Riot making threads asking players about what they want and don't want to see come out of reworking champions. I vaguely remember them doing it for major champion updates, too. But I haven't seen a thread about the Galio rework yet. Has Riot made one yet or are they still in the earlier stages of that rework? Galio is my main mid champion and I really have a lot to say about him getting reworked, but haven't seen a feedback thread yet.
