Has Aatrox always had that Guardian Angel effect when his Bloodwell filled?

I feel like it's too confusing when Aatrox fills his bloodwell and then the VFX for Guardian Angel circles him for a few seconds. Clarity issues and whatnot.

there has never been any way to know that aatrox is about to revive except when you fill him and he just kneels down and is suddenly full health again

His passive used to work similar to Anivia's. Now, it only works while he has his bloodwell buff going.

Before, you used to be able to tell judging from the color under his HP Bar. if the Blood Well bar was red, passive was up, White, not up.
