There is no reason to have a new champion in Ranked games the first week.

Teams shouldn't suffer listening to "First time" and watching their troll 0/10 in minutes.

This thread has been opened for last 40 champs released. If u own champ u can play it in any mode. Its simple.

I don't know why the hell anyone would downvote this thread.

There's no reason you should be allowed to bring a new champ into ranked.

Ranked is for competing. You aren't exactly competing if you're new at something and still learning it.
