Press the attack nerfs in pbe

I was thinking of some champions that will get hurt indirectly by press the attack.

And I'm kinda glad it will.

Shyvana is strong as hell with her dueling power and she's getting a direct nerf towards her q. I also remembered that her q can proc 2 stacks on it because it counts as 2 hits.

Ww is flat out oppressive with his w passive and his ultimate can proc it like no tomorrow with a side dish of healing him closr to full health. Though I think if he is still too strong, they should tone down his tankiness just to be on the safe side.

Xin Zhao is basically the same but damn does he do a lot. Overall, I think the nerf to the rune and directed nerfs along side him will hurt him enough.

And other champions that can proc it easily(including adcs) won't be able to abuse it so badly in the early game and will have some small amount of extra damage in lane which is good move on Rito' s part.

A side from that. Hopefully they can nerf that dirty rat's stealth range soon. Maybe make it as big as Evelynn's range. Because numbers won't be enough against him.

Can't wait for the patch to hit live and see how the meta will shift into.
