Revert Ragebalde to how it was in season 2.
You get stacks from abilities and autos but you don't get anything game breaking like turning 3 hit passives into 2 hit passives.
Better an item only considered by Kayle and Jax than an item that breaks Vayne, Kog, Yi and Kai'sa.
Heck it might stil lbe bought by Kaisa and Kog these days but at least it would e breaking on hit builds.
