noct maybe not fully, but maybe so. kayle i can also see although i think shes fine as is, shes definitely unique ill give her that.

Kayle and Morg's lore and identities are too entwined that they feel they cannot rework either one without the other, especially due to the fact that they were both summoned to Runeterra by the Institute of War. If they only reworked Morgana, then Kayle would be left with her visual, game(the few there are) and lore problems for far too long(or just visual/game), and it would be the first time that champs with natural rivalries would have things to say to each other(think the new champs, but siblings and hatred instead of dating and love) if they were worked on at the same time.

So the Dual update for Kayle and Morgana has been confirmed to happen at the same time(Morg being started first, because she needs more work), but when that will be coming is uncertain. I hope soon(TM) though.
