Thank fucking god Borderlands 3 just came out. An actual good game, by the way, for anyone interested in hopping off this cancer train with the diptards at Riot Games. And with The Outer Worlds coming out in October I'm set. The fact you actually think Riven needs buffs to her R and her W after netting only a 4 second CD increase to her E since we started all this fucking mess is a JOKE. In case you idiots on the Balance Team forgot, she was god tier the moment Conquerer was implemented. You then addressed it by raising her E cooldown from 10 to 14 seconds but also gave her a buff to her Q cooldown where it scaled down to 10 seconds from 13 at all ranks. Which just made her worse and so then you finally reverted the Q buff portion and now somehow you think Riven is so bad that she requires DAMAGE BUFFS FOR FUCKS SAKE??! Somehow a champion that is consistently talked about as "high skill cap" having a 50% winrate in Platinum+ (For North America) NEEDS buffs because she's unplayable. Your game is a dumpster fire and I hope it continues to burn until there's nothing left but a smoldering pile of ashes. Fuck what you have done to Toplane. Fuck your inability to stick to your guns on nerfing a champion like Riven for once to put her in a reasonable state. Fuck your buffing champions that don't require it in the most recent patch with EKKO, ZOE, and EVELYNN. Fuck what you've done to Galio. Fuck your stupid balancing that insta crushes champions like Yorick and Singed for being strong for one patch but at the same time allows Riven to be DOMINANT for well over 6 months while you throw out the "she's just an NA problem" bullshit ass reasoning for sitting on your hands. Fuck your greedy, skin selling motivations for buffing champions. And most of all, fuck what you have done to this game that I used to love playing starting all the way back to midway through Season 4. You're not even drunk at the wheel anymore. You've completely let go and have laid your seat all the way back. What an embarrassment these last 2 seasons have been.

Uh.... First off you're sounding crazy toxic here.

Second off, they changed the buffs to simple cooldown changes on her e, lowering it by 2 seconds and raising her q back to 13, where it was in the first place. Should keep up to date before you start spitting vitriol.

They reverted the damage buffs. Riven's changes in PBE are now her Q having increased CD, while her E having decreased CD. Overall, a somewhat better changes than the blind-ass ult damage buffs.
