Is it true that attack speed reduction falls off mid-late game?
I keep reading people stating that attack speed reduction loses strength in the mid to late game. Is this true ?

Ventira1 votesTo be honest, attack speed reductions on items is kinda meh anyways. The only Attack speed reduction with a real visible effect is Malphite's E.
Requiemsfire1 votesWell naturally less auto attacks = less damage so they'd probably be even more meaningful later on it's just attack speed reduction is really hard to notice unless you're literally focusing on the rate at which they attack which as you can imagine most people don't.
Dreadlocks1 votesDepends who its on.. If u talking about an adc then yeah its less effective.. But if you're using it on someone who doesnt build AS then its still fine.

Dreadlocks1 votesSounds stupid but yeah generally... Back when Frozen heart gave 20% AS slow it was super good counter to champions like Vayne early game.. But they nerfed the hell out of it..
