Honestly, sounds like you're just fishing for upvotes. As bad as the rework was, there was a concrete reason that Olaf had to be... well, Olaf'd. A good Olaf wasn't just devastating. It was literally unstoppable. Too tanky to be bursted down. Too much damage to fight directly. CCing wasn't an option. At the time, only a handful of champions had the capabilities to kite him.
