His win rate dropped 2%. 2% is actually quite a lot. Apparently not enough, but Meddler said they were prepared fro follow up nerfs - they didn't want to do too much in one patch because they also hit him indirectly twice, with Swifties and Echoes.

Yup. That doesn't mean that 2% isn't high though. 5 is just higher. It also doesn't mean that the indirect nerfs wouldn't have had a larger effect than they did. It is hard to determine that sort of thing.

I prefer Lee Sin who's snowballing early on to late game conquerors like Yi, Udyr or Shyvana with devourer.

Word of warning then. Looking at the Devourer nerfs, it only really seems to be a nerf Pre Sated.

Sure it will take longer to become sated, but the Hyper carry damage coming from sated hasn't changed.

It actually has. Sure, at 6 items the damage and utility will be the same but the little nerfs in the early game will slightly lower gold and experience, lead to later item timings and power spikes and therefore make the mid-late game weaker.
