I don't fully understand why Negatron Cloak was removed from the game. The way it was, you had the Null Magic Mantle building MOSTLY into bruisery items, whereas Negatron was primarily the "tank" MR item (as it built MOSTLY into "tank" items).

The few exceptions to this that I'm aware of are:

(negatron - bruiser) (negatron - situational AD item) / (null magic - tank)

I think the better fix to the issue of "clarity" would be to switch these items around to follow the "tank/bruiser" setup that the rest of the MR items followed.

I won't give my personal thoughts and opinions on MR being weak, I just want some clarification on why Negatron was removed. :(
