We need a tool to help Riot see how they are doing with each change

Whenever Riot does something bad (which is quite often lately...) player feedback flows from everywhere to show how the community is not satisfied, but weirdly, sometimes we have the impression that this feedback is just either unusefull for Riot or straight up ignored by them. We need a solid tool to help express our unsatisfaction to the developpers or congratulate them whenever they actually do something that the community will enjoy. Comments on patch notes and posts on the boards don't feel impactful at all... For example, it's been months since we ask turrets change and reverts for some lightly reworked champions and yet, Nothing. It's been several patches since we see people complaining about the meta being the worse that ever was on this game, and yet it's not getting fixed at all, the opposite: it's getting worse with time. So riot, please, it would be far simpler if you added whatever tool to help us to guide you toward what WE want for the game to make us happy. If you don't, I'm pretty sure we'll soon see a compilation of "Riot's decisions in 2017: good ones VS bad ones" and there won't be much on the "good" side

The thing is, Riot already has all the metrics they need at their disposal to measure customer satisfaction with their product. I don't really think they need another tool for feedback.

Why do you think Riot pumped out another batch of Star Guardian skins so quickly? Because the first batch was a major hit and they could see the results in the sales.

Although the end goal is to make all the players happy there has to be some slack given to Riot. If Riot is constantly bending over backwards to try to please an extremely vocal resistant-to-change part of the community, they'll never get anything done.
