Can anything be done about Ranked games that don't get properly recorded?

I played a run of 3v3 Ranked Team matches for placement last night and got the dreaded infinite waiting for stats after winning a game. This has actually happened a number of times and this was just the latest one. Things like this can adversely affect our ranked placement. Can you like, report matches that didn't count towards your record but appear in your history or something? It's really frustrating to win a ranked game and have it not count...
