Are you sure it isn't the same 2 missions I've had since this Vs. thing started?

I logged out. Then I logged back in. I didn't get two 'new' missions an hour ago. I'm not participating in your minigame, and the little '2' icon is misleading and you know it.

The "2 new missions" is probably the daily reset of the missions (Order) One Blade, One Purpose and (Chaos) One Blade, One Purpose.

They aren't spamming you, the missions are just refreshing for the day.
