Riot it's time you listen! Stop balancing around proffessional play!!
You guys know WHY
changes were reverted and not
changes even though both of them received a TON of backlash? Because MUH LCS
Veigar was picked in proffessional play in Korea, and that pick by Lemonation in NA was the icing on the cake. Riot decision to GUT him came ONLY from LCS. This is indicated by their CLEAR lack of compensation the minute DFG was removed. Ahri was given a speed boost and ratio boost the VERY next patch, while veigar had to wait 2~3 patches before his "supposed" compensation came. I guess they had to "review" their LCS stats to decide how much to GUT him.
Morde, on the other hand wasn't picked in proffessional play and hence, they reverted the changes ( doesn't affect their e-sports income see)
Ghostcrawler once said "I think we have to hit a point between balancing around the community and proffessional play"
All lies, complete lies, they've been balancing LCS decisions > Community feedback when they both clash ALL the time
, very low pickrate. Picked in World's, Gutted just like Veigar ( in terms of zero compensation)
gets his idiotic ward-hopping removed. Reverted due to "proffessional" feedback and stays as such even though community is still asking ( for what, 3 years?)
- Has an very large scaling skill ( rend), that is also the "only" uncapped damage to monsters. Community feedback "Put a CAP!!". Muh LCS feedback "Flashy plaaayzz, no cappz"
- Community cries that his poke is obnoxious in lane. Rito response - " It is layered with tons of counterplay " So, does that mean
can now be manaless? Since it is universally agreed that he has "tons of counterplay" . Zed won't be nerfed for the same reason he has the Skt1 skin, MUH "BIG PLAYS"
See the pattern? It's about time Riot comes out and says "Yes, we prioritize LCS feedback over your feedback guys, we just like to "listen" and that's all" , because as of now it's infuriating to see our favorite champions getting picked in LCS and getting gutted one by one.
can throw out a snare with a "totally correct" hitbox and then blink 1000 units away in the next second
