Is it possible we get a sightstone like item for solo laners who want to help with vision?

so I've still been frustrated with lack of vision this season and how almost all of it can be cleared instantly with sweepers or naturally (blue trinkets or pinks).

Junglers have a mini sighstone type effect on their jungle item enchant upgrade if they so choose to. Supports get sightstone of course. But solo laners have no option outside of yellow trinket to help with wards. The trinket wards are weak and unless you buff them beyond belief, vision will always be severely lacklust in my opinion.

Building sighstone on a laner is just not viable as 800 gold is too much of a sink for pure vision.

My request is that there is an item, maybe even a starting item that is designed to help with vision. Maybe it gives only ok stats, but you get 1-2 wards that recharge when you go back to base. I just wish there was an item that didnt feel bad to buy for solo laners that would also let us help out with vision like we NEED to. I buy pinks, but those can sometimes get cleared out literally RIGHT away. the amount of times I've bought a pink just for it be cleared right away is disheartening, but expected. The problem is not pinks which feel fine, the problem is we have no other vision. our trinkets are not reliable enough and simply do not even come close enough to real wards.

I understand that riot does not want warding to be like it was last season where a winning team can light up the whole map, but currently no matter what elo of people I play with the entire map is dark. and that is just not good for healthy gameplay.

Does anyone else think solo laners should have a sighstone type item (an AD and AP version likely) that gives ok stats, but also grants the ability to place wards? Obviously would need to be less than a real sighstone so supports don't just take the item over sightstone.
