Those fizz nerfs on PBE are nothing...

It doesn't matter if his e only comes up 2 seconds later, lane fizz pre 6 is not oppressive. It's the whole fact that post 6 50 ap fizz can one shot you. I think his ratios need to be toned down since lich bane has a 50% ap ratio and that's one of his core items. Not to mention protobelt which has strong damage too when he dashes into someone. Then there's tank fizz, those 2 seconds will do absolutely nothing. I'm not really gonna research how much bullshit it takes for fizz to live through a fight with a zhonyas, his q, and his e. All I can say is that 2 seconds won't do anything with the cdr he can get easily. Morellos + lich bane + zhonyas = 40% cdr and 2.5 second invulnerability after throwing his UN QSS'able 600 damage shark which amplifies all his other damage.

honestly the only thing that needs nerfing is E.

Instead of range nerf, why not nerf the radius of the aoe circle from his e?

I believe if they did that and made the E cd much longer, thats all they would need (probably like + 4 seconds instead of +2)

You may think an increase to a cd by 2 seconds isnt much but when you are in a game 2 seconds could be a life or death situation. Before criticizing a nerf let them test it out.

I main fizz so when i think of gaining 2 second on my e it makes me reconsider my strategy there are many times when i e just got off cd and it saved my life but with those 2 extra seconds it could surprisingly by enough to balance this trickster.

You also didnt mention anything about his passive nerf which removes walking through minions which could be why they didnt nerf anything else on his e. I doubt they want to over nerf, which is why they are taking it slow

You also exaggerated quite abit. No pre 6 fizz can 1 shot you.

don't think you can read. 1) they reverted the passive nerf and instead reduced his range 2) I said exactly that pre 6 fizz is nothing and post 6 fizz with a zhonys won't be affected by these nerfs at all.
