Why isn't Taliyah just removed from the game?

She was buffed for 2 patches in a row and has now been nerfed 3 out of 4 patches. Players who fell in love with the Champion on release were given the middle finger whenever her kit was changed around with the W change, now she is getting constantly nerfed. She is now at the point where her only strength is her roam potential every 2 minutes. She cannot push lanes effectively which severely effects her roaming potential, her damage is lower than it has ever been, and her ultimate cooldown is extremely high. What does Riot want from this Champion? I want justification for these nerfs. Please. Thank you.

All changes in Patches 6.17 and 6.18 made to all champs are focused on PRO PLAY. That's the reasoning for that. Patch 6.18 is what Worlds will be played on at the end of the month and through the finals.

Wait? Anybody fell in love with this champion? Were they Quinn mains? Are they the same people who play Urgot? Are they those people who thought old poppy actually was cool?
