Isn't It A Bit Much For Cho To Have infinite stacks And True damage?

I mean I was playing yasuo and the Cho i was facing was new and really had no skill, but all he had to do was stack and boom, 1000+ damage and near instakill with his true damage Ultimate. Seems unfair.

nah He is fine. He might need to have a slight tone down but he isnt over the top broken like a little wind samurai that we need not name used to be.
