So I don't remember

But someone please explain what the fuck happened since 6.9

So Riot lets Malzahar into PBE 6.9 and he's totally borked. And then they don't change him and send him out with the 6.9 and he's so goddamn borked he's banned 99% of the time since he does level 3 dragon solos as jungle malzahar (56% WR in 6.9)

So then they go oh shit we need to hotfix this, couldn't have fucking seen that coming. Then they nerf him even more in 6.10 until he's back to being the same old shit. Am I missing any details here?

So for no fucking reason at all, they took Malzahar, gave him goddamn god powers for one patch then put him right back where he started.

The fuck?????
