imagine your adc is like afk for 60 sec and he comes to lane, enemys already close to lv 3 and they use this spell. DOUBLE KILL

Then the support would always get it as it's a guarantee successful siege, especially to any team ahead. It'd probably kill the whole concept of split pushing as the other team would force mid and there'd be no chance of holding or stalling.

Could be channeled so it's interruptable, and well it's not meant to last long. Honestly though, broken or not I'd just liked to see a team freak out under their tower.

Hell what if Ohm wrecker was Azir's passive for peasants.

The active just doesn't outclass other items supports can get that are always useful, like sightstone or Locket or Crucible. However, you've got the right idea of changing it, but it seems a bit extreme. Maybe if it was channeled kind of like taking dominion turrets (RIP) then that'd be better, but I still feel like it would be easily abused by a winning side to easily secure a win since defending a playing off of a good defense is how losing teams usually come back.

Honestly I think it'll just be an item like Sword of the Divine that will be deleted because it just really sucks.

It has to be powerful enough to contend with other items, yet if it's too powerful it needs some risk. I do like the idea of channeling it like Dominion...you know they could rename it "Dominion's Ohm Wrecker" even use the gfx and sfx from Dominion so it can live on through SR!

The other option is that it buffs the tower for the enemy team afterwards, if they don't clear them out in time, enemy team gains a huge advantage.
