Please give Yas and Zed Evelynn style reworks

Nope. Exact opposite. Your low-elo is showing, buddy. I'm not surprised you lack the ability to beat a Zed. If you keep your whole team away from Zed, then literally alt+f4. Zed's greatest weakness is teamfighting. He is utterly useless once his ultimate runs out. He can't go in lest he gets CC'd and melted, so he might as well just go farm or splitpush-- by which point you send your JG and midlane (or top if they're a bruiser) after him to try and secure a kill. Even with his ultimate up, he can only ult you if you're out of position, so STAY with your team.

If he does try and go in on you, your team can tank the shurikens, so even if they hit you, they don't deal as much damage as they would if they hit you first.

Kite him. If Zed used his W already, he'd be left with his Flash, which is a suicide mission for a kill. So kite him out, and build lifesteal so you can tank his Ulti pop.

Don't flash the moment he ults. If you do manage to get caught out, don't fucking Flash once you see that X. Wait until he comes out of his untargetable state, and then flash so he misses his Qs. Flashing diagonally away from the shadows helps.

In lane, keep away from his shadows, even if he misses his Qs, because he can still get his E off. If you're playing a ranged champion like Lux or Morgana, poke him down and punish him when he tries to go for CS-- forcing him to resort to using his Q, giving him substantially less CS.

Keep the river and bushes warded when you roam, as to keep track of any of his counter-roams. If you manage to make him back in lane, push the wave in and THEN roam, so he'll have to deal with the waves when he comes back.

Zed will always come out behind your champion when he ults, so keep your CC focused there unless he has his W shadow out first. Then he'll try and swap there.

Tank junglers are good.

Tank toplaners/bruisers are good.

There are so many tools to counterplay him at your fingertips, that your inability to do so is legitimately sad.[zombie-brand-facepalm]
