Regarding the new Banner of Command

Whe known that the new item 3060 will be build out item 3105 & item 3108. The active will get improved etc..

This is the current state on the pbe:

UNIQUE PASSIVE - LEGION: Grants nearby allies 20 magic resistance and +100% base health regeneration. Promote

  • Can now target any allied minion.
  • Promoted minion now has significantly better stats.
  • Promoted minion is now immune to magic damage.
  • Cooldown reduced to 120 seconds from 180.

To make the strategic element more intressting what about change the role of the item by targetting it on different type of minions. This is the idea:

  • Melee Minions: Unit get converted into captain that will grant nearby minions a damage & health buff [ Used for sieging towers while lacking on damage or to push the wave more quickly ]
  • Caster Minions: Unit get converted into a healer that will grant nearby minions a health regeneration & magic resistance buff [ Used for building large waves to siege after ]
  • Siege Minions: The effect the item will provide you now
  • Super Minons: The effect the item will provide you now

Nice idea, but not really necessary - especially with the new changes to Baron.

Also, its active right now is deceptively strong already - it makes a target minion completely immune to magic damage! Meaning, it will be exceptionally good at dealing with mage waveclearers, as it blocks their damage on one minion completely AND gives the other ones 20 magic resistance!

Im really going to miss building it on Zyra and Heimer, Heimer cause it was amazing to have an promote up and push with it. And Zyra cause of the increased dmg for the plants. I don't see myself buying it anymore.
