Just FYI Riot

So if you have the Manaflow proc up and you toggle Amumus W off it consumes the proc, pretty sure it shouldn't work this way. Honestly I don't even think it should work on "toggles", but definitely not when you toggle it off.

Lissandra Passive is still consumes when manaflow band is used There are quite a few bugs
