Here, I'll fix it

Passive - Void Stone - Kassadin reduces magic damage received by 20%, Kassadin stores the damage as Void Energy. Upon using an ability Kassadin unleashes the Void Energy granting him 30/50/70% Attack for 2 seconds per stack (max stack 4)

Q - Null Sphere - Kassadin Silences his target for 1.2/1.4/1.6/1.8/2.0 seconds while granting himself a Magic shield reducing incoming Magic Damage by 30/60/90/120/150 (+5% current mana) Range reduced to 500

W - Nether Blade - Passive - Kassadin's Basic Attacks deal 10 (+0.25 AP)(+1% of current mana) magic damage Active - Kassadin Empowers his blade increasing the range by 200, and restoring 4/5/6/7/8% of his missing mana. Amount is increased by 5x against champions.

E - Force Pulse PASSIVE - Kassadin draws energy from spells cast in his vicinity, gaining a charge whenever a spell is cast near him (including his own spells). Upon reaching 4 charges, Kassadin gains the ability to cast Force Pulse.

Active - Kassadin emits a pulse of void energy, dealing 70 / 95 / 120 / 145 / 170 (+ 20% AP)(+4% of current mana) magic damage and Slow icon slowing enemies in a 80º cone in front of him for 1.5 second by 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 / 90%

R - Riftwalk ACTIVE: Kassadin teleports to a 500 range location, dealing magic damage to enemy units within 150 range upon arrival. MAGIC DAMAGE: 80 / 100 / 120 (+ 10% of spent mana) Each subsequent Riftwalk within the next 8 seconds costs double the mana and deals bonus damage, stacking up to 4 times.

You buffed him too hard with this.

You can't buff his ult without nerfing is W since the new W is strong AF.

Passive buff has no reason and I think he should just get the old passive back. Finally, current mana scalings will ju give him a weird power curve in a fight in conjunction w/ his ult cost.

actually took a closer look since I was on my computer instead of my tablet and it's not as big of a buff as I originally thought but there's more issues with it nvm, look at my third post if people that are reading are interested.

His Q now does no damage That IS his old passive but better done to be more controlled

Current Mana scaling gives him thought to his gameplay, burning your mana means the rest of your abilities become less effective

I still think his old passive in the old form would be better.

making him a better mana bruiser isn't the best idea either since he was already damn good at it last patch, and this would make it overwhelming.

Ah, but I changed a few things His ultimate currently does % of his max mana, so when Kassadin spends 500 mana to jump on you for 6% of his max mana, the total damage it deals if Kassadin has 4k mana is 600

I changed mine to % of mana spent on the ultimate So if Kassadin jumps, but spends 500 mana on his ultimate the total damage should be around 400

Overall a lot of changes in this suggestion are meant to reduce his burst damage

I'm going to put this into perspective using the old blue bruiser Kass build that I used last patch to give you an idea of how ridiculous it is to keep his current W while giving him mana scalings:

Assuming that he has the build which will look like this screenshot, http://i.imgur.com/wXJgMfc.jpg

He will have around 3.5k mana. Assuming his Q interacts with Murumana the way I think it would, he will lose a Murumana proc on that, but that hardly matters.

The real kicker here is that you can always assume that he has around 1.5k mana.

If he is at zero mana, he will restore 1400 mana from using W on a champion. This is guaranteed to be enough for another ult cast at the current cost and another ability rotation. It actually maths out to be a bit less on a four-stack ult since it only deals 240 damage, but he will essentially have infinite mobility because 8 seconds is incredibly easy to wait out. He will never actually feel like he can't ult if you do this. You cannot make him a dedicated mana bruiser without changing his W because he will always have around a third of his mana if he's near a champion. His mobility also makes it very difficult for them to deny him getting a W proc, so he'll always be hypermobile and always be chunking you with his new mana scalings.

It won't work out.

Also I like the 700 range a lot so please give that back but nerf more parts of his kit. You need to at least give him his old W back for this so that he has to actually auto attack to sustain it. His ult and W go completely hand in hand when balancing it. I think he should be a dedicated AP bruiser since it's very difficult to give meaningful interactions with mana that don't just make you tanky and deal a ton of damage. Let's not repeat mistakes made with Ryze.
