So these Rakan nerfs

. . . We getting some compensation in the same patch like Adcs and Mages do when they get nerfs right. Lower cooldowns? Slightly higher base damage? Maybe even attack speed? P.s. Nice to see the new bruiser item nerfed before it even hits live... again. But that true damage on crit lets wait until live for that.
