On top of having shield to deny aggression into a heal. and forcing you into his 1v1 me bruh ult. I have no problem with him being a strong 1v1 duelist (even if he is overtuned) but why the wave clear. We all know that he isnt going back Mid hes gonna stay top to bully people who dont have as short cooldowns or high damage.
Morde has always been a waveclear champ, and it would be against the spirit of the champ to remove it. Plus there are other champs who are way more mobile and overloaded that have the same or better waveclear. His damage numbers just need tuning tbh.
Mord's probably going to be played mid as a melee counter (similar to current Mord actually)
He's basically another Darius.
He's big, immobile, has a pull, has a heal, has great single target damage, has great wave clear and when he is fed he will destroy your whole team
Riot took a unique champion and replaced him with the rerework of Darius
old morde used to have insane wave clear, so i like they are going back to that.

So.. Isolation damage or AOE and R %damage single target. W+E was waveclear. This is kit iteration #1. All damage draintanked due to passive.
Q stacking single target damage. R % damage. WE Again. Wave clear. Kit iteration 2. Damage still drain tanky due to passive.
Now... Q single target or aoe. R isolates a single target to be damaged. W and E are wave clear. W passive provides less dramatic drain tank interaction.
Looks at Darius Meh I don't see anything wrong here, if he is gonna be a 1vs1 bully duelist and wave clear then soo be it. Since Darius current state is considered FINE by riot, so is morde.
