Can Tahm Kench get something back?

Now that Tahm Kench has been guttedand everyone forgot can we give him something back the speed boost when running toward enemy champions with a W'ed ally maybe along with the ability to eat allied minions. Remove the ability for alliies to toggle when to come out of tahm's W or remove the self CC on spitting out. sure if some one decides to troll it feels bad but it should be balanced on if it was used properly. Kalista can still pull people out of fights that they want to be in other champions can still refuse to use their spells that would be game changers on the right champions (usually out of preconcived notions that you shove everything into the adc) His E also got mass nerfed with no compensation (you know that word that adcs and mages always get when they eat a nerf).
