What in living hell is wrong with this match making for Flex Q it is beyond bad.

Just had a game where I wasted 20 minute of my time because of a useless jungler so i check why it looked like he didn't know what to even do at all, it ended up being he has a 35% win rate in solo Q and 45% win rate in Flex like wtf Plat 5 too? This person should had not been no where near my match level I'm plat 2 with win over lost so why in living hell is this guy in my match, heck my whole team is B.S they are all gold in Flex and lost over win in solo Q which is PURE B.S that I had to vs a enemy that actually belong in their elo tier. It makes no sense at all wtf is this match making suppose to be you have low tier vsing people who has experience that climbed.

I know Solo Q doesn't factor into Flex but dear Fk Riot Platinum 2 force into a game where team is gold 5-plat 5? Fix this crap.
