Grievous wounds does it stack?

So if the champion has grievous wounds in their kit does it stack with the item item 3165 If so is there deminishing returns or do people buy it on said champion who already has grievous wounds to have it apply to their other abilitys?

It does not It can be refreshed by someone else with Grevious wounds but it wouldn't double up, unique passive's never stack

It's like slows. The biggest slow takes priority but they don't stack
