Just lower Shen's Ult cooldown already

You can buff his damage all you want Riot, when a champion is supposed to truly shine mainly through his utility ult, he should be able to do so more often than once every 3 minutes or so if an electric squirrel can have one of the most tide-turning ult in the game at a fraction of the cooldown along with a self-buffing mechanic.

If you fear he'll once again become the #1 must have support in pro play again, then fine: buff the hell out of his ult but give it a scaling range instead of keeping it global. This way, it'll be more usefull in solo rather than being the perma kill-cucking machine that he is in pro-play.

That such a "weak" ability with such a long cooldown is STILL getting gated by pro-play after all this time really is saddening

NO. I agree with everything you say, but keep his ult global. Hes a top laner, and if shen cant tp to bot to save his adc hes basically usless

well, why does he need the option to ult bot 24/7? I feel it'd be balanced if shen's lvl 1 ult had a limited range of only reaching mid, but becomes global at lvl 2-3 ult so he'd still be able to split push and ult back into the fray.

The problem with that is in solo queue, shen is at a disadvantage in his own lane and needs to endure while helping his teammates snowball harder than his opponent.

If you were to make him have to walk halfway across the map pre-emptively before laning phase is even halfway over just to use his ult, then he will basically just be giving up his top turret, turret plating, farm, and maybe even first turret.

Galio is different, he have a decent kit that actually give him a chance to win lane (if he know what he's doing).

He could win lane, yes but he will not win it hard, and its unlikely. After flash taunt was removed he is so vunrable to poke tho, which makes him weak. If your playing shen if your going against a quinn, jax or a bad teemo player you could beat them. Shen can actually counter things unlike Galio but yeah they are both bad right now.

I problem with shens ult is that it’s an instant cuck to most plays the enemy tries to make and its like Kench where it often slows down pro play games and they want the fast paced one shot meta to stay

Nevermind shield-breaking mechanics being integrated into the game

Lol riot giving a top laner more global presence? Don't make me laugh. Riot has set out to destroy top lanes map impact ever since they started focusing on pro play.
