Which is why Jungle Jarvan focuses more on Ganks than Clearing the Jungle

If he can't survive the jungle so easily he will not have such an easy time ganking all the time.

Riot was either left with nerfing the E Q combo or nerfing his survivability in jungle.

They nerfed his survivability.
