A lot of runes need to be reworked.

Seriously after the runes were released I don't understand why some are still fuckign allowed. Who the fuck would have thought broken ass Annie with 40% cd and an extra 15% cd on her ult would be broken as shit and have her spamming her bear everywhere? Well fuckign clearly everyone aside from Riot. It's like urf annie ffs. Mages either need to be gated or gutted. You can't have 55% cd on an ult that can 1 hit people. WTF is wrong with Riots balance team ffs. Literally people are like strengthen towers, so there mfkers give us runes to make it easier to destroy them [zombie-brand-mindblown] ADC too, fucking abusing these runes. Meanwhile melee champions are being so shat on that Riots only response is to make another rune to try to make it even, even though that won't help.
