Has Riot just completely forgotten about the UoL vs fnatic game?
You know, probably the best game in LCS history? The one where fnatic got UoL's nexus down to less than 500 hp two times and UoL still came out on top? The one where neither team really picked a champion that had bullshit mobility and could make "big plays" (i.e. right-clicking as Kalista and pressing E occasionally, pressing R as Zed, waiting for your team to do something and then pressing R as Yasuo, etc.)?
Was that not a huge hint to Riot that maybe, just maybe, actual strategic fights between mostly-immobile teams, in which decisions actually matter because there is no backing out of fights once committed, are much more tense and fun to watch than 10 "LC$BIGPLAY$" champions seeing who can button-mash the fastest and then press E to get out with no repercussions?
Eh, guess not. Let's just buff Lee Sin, I guess.
