In saying "I'm just saying what's true" to validate constantly berating your teammates?
It just absolutely blows my fucking mind how people can convince themselves to believe BS like the statement above, and that they are somehow "better" than the rest of their teammates.

The Oasis1 votesPretty much. Unless they're intentionally trolling they're probably stressing out, so saying something like "Stop feeding" just stresses them out more or makes them give up.

Trinityunicorn2 votesI'm sitting here chuckling because my son used to troll me. He would purposely say things untrue to get me to argue with him. It was infuriating and distracting, he'd just use one untruth after another until we were arguing about something completely different <which was the whole point>. He started with me one day and I'd watched this go on before and I started to argue with him then I closed my mouth. After a moment or two of thought this is what I said to him: "You know what, you've got a problem, you just want to be right; and the reason I know that you have this problem is because I have the same problem, I'm doing something about mine, what are you doing?" His reaction was to sit back, shut up, and grin. I finally won. I think the fact that I loved him and he loved me made this go much better, but still, he taught me something that day, but it wasn't in what he was saying but in what he was doing. We never went that route again.
He would say such blatant illogical statements as arguments and string me along. There is always a switch, a twist and if they can get it an outrage on the recipients end.

Really its only the endless irony and hypocrisy that keeps me coming back. The sheer ridiculousness of the arguments that these players come up with is amusing. Its like watching Jerry Springer...
Rock Rockburgh2 votesI've never understood the argument that LoL has a worse community than Dota. In LoL there are at least people who TRY to communicate. They might be rude about it, but they know your language and they'll tell you what they want you to do. In my experience, Dota is more often "I'm going to shout Russian obscenities at you and spam-ping a random point on the map."
