Control wards
In what elo should it be understood by all players that buying wards is a necessary thing. Would like to hear the communities answers.

At the tier it becomes necessary, tbh.
In lower tier it's really not doing that much, because people don't know how to utilize the vision correctly. Most of the time they'll just use a control ward in their tribrush so they don't have periods where they're blind. (Assuming they get them at all).
Depending on how low-tier you get and how good the enemy is at clearing the wards, it can end up as just throwing away gold. It just stops being worthwhile to get a control ward if they don't have an Evelynn.
