I feel like people continuously forget LeBlanc's contributions are single-target outside of w

Which is to say, her only teamfight utility is bursting highly out-of-position carries and peeling with chains.

The first has positional counterplay, and the second isn't that damaging. Don't forget also that even if LB bursts for a ton, R goes on CD afterwards, making her a lot less useful for the duration of the fight regardless.

And again, don't forget that LB can be counterplayed at champ select with picks like Cho'Gath, etc. Hell, even Irelia does pretty well against LeBlanc (LB w's, you e, LB gets stunned in place forever and you can trade favorably on her). Just because your midlaner does poorly against another midlaner in a game full of hard counters (I mean, seriously, almost everyone mid gets countered by Galio, but who complains about that?) doesn't mean the midlaner you do poorly against needs nerfs. Just pick a different champion.

So when an LB blinks towards your team from an inconspicuous spot, nukes your carry, and blinks back before anyone can even react, doesn't that strike you as being a little too good at your job?

I mean, Katarina has to make sure the enemy team is whittled down enough before going right in the middle of an opposing team to take out the core target, otherwise she get's easily blown up.

Evelynn Gives pretty much a direct warning signal when she's near your team, and going in is asking for her to get CC'd and her target peeled from her.

Rengar The same as above.

Zed Still needs to position correctly.

Leblanc This champ is frustrating to deal with mainly because of how hard it is to peel against her. All the good LeBlanc players are good at taking other players by surprise, and with the near-instantaneous damage and blinking that she does, what can you do OTHER than try to shut her down early?

... Then again we also have Poppy who can ult a non-CC oriented champ, all-in your carry, and run away without much consequence. This game is excellent! xD
