With the removal of mana pots are you going to change all the mana costs or just its itemization?
Or maybe both?

Fuck.
Some adjustments to base stats on some characters and more appealing refillable flask options are where we're starting. Additional changes then as needed (preseason tends to be a bit chaotic and all, so various things will need reactive follow up).
And please less energy regen for Zed?
Energy regen tends to be fixed among all of them, I believe.
Unless you're talking about how he gets energy back, but otherwise if he needed nerfs it would likely be his energy costs.

But...junglers can't start Flask.
If you buff a jungler's base stats too much to compensate for the lack of potions, you'll probably make them harder to lane against...

That is, any jungler that is not a good laning champ as well.
So a flask more focused on mana?
Because right now, flask is focused almost entirely on additional health sustain, and the mana is just a bonus.
Same with biscuits, which is unfortunate for caster supports.
Meddler,
I'm really hoping that you apply these base stats and changes to my mid
if you intend to follow through with this.
I'd be oom for days with no mana pot. My jangle may not always be willing to hand me blue and it's not always viable to go on an adventure to blue :(

I don't necessarily agree with your statement. "Better" and "Popular" are two different things.
I'll always prefer playing my glass cannon mid
over playing her in the jg. I tried quite a bit with her in the jangle and I've come to terms that I'd rather Shyvana, J4, Rammus, Elise, Trundle in the jangle. Bah to Runeglaive... give me a Lich Bane over that any day.

I mean hey I don't knock it. It works if you have at least a tank in top or bot, but I still prefer my diana mid and I know Im not the only one.

Everyone who uses mana is gonna need compensation. Event mid lane mage I use needs it and evry support does to you guys are just fucking everyone over
are you looking into base mana, base mana regen or both?
@Meddler Hey, this is kind of an old thread, but can I ask you why Yorick didn't get any mana compensation buffs? He's in my experience one of the most mana-hungry champs there is, and I buy mana pots with him throughout the game - early, mid, and late game.
And I know a lot of Yorick players like to build straight into Sapphire Crystal and many times don't go with a "starting item" so even if the new starting items might help, it's unfortunate that he will be forced into it at that point.
I know he's not the most exciting champion, and a lot of people forget about him (which is why he didn't get a buff..?) so please help
!!! There are far less mana-hungry champions that received buffs while this guy didn't. Can you fix that?
You missed Karthus I mean really why didn't Karthus get at least 100 bonous starting mana and plus 3% mana regen.
was the key to my build to save gold on pots and to let me use Q over ignite this is not funny.
Now Kathus is even worse plus you removed the best item
form his sugested items. pleas fix Karthus and stop ignoring him.
are extremely mana hungry at all times in the laning phase and even towards teamfights
I better see you not shit on them AGAIN
