The game is unplayable if you have 1 weak lane against a Rengar.

No matter how down Rengar is, if you have a single weak lane he can just camp the shit out of it to come back into the game. Unlike other junglers, it is much harder to ward and play safe against Rengar since even if you can see him coming on a pink, with his speed boost it is often too late. The only counterplay is abandoning the lane and grouping which is not possible against strong waveclear. If you have 2 weak lanes or if your weak lane has low utility, the game's essentially over.

Technically any jungler can do what you described. Rengar isn't really broken for camping your lane, he just sorta camped you. It happens

I didn't get camped. I got extremely fed and got my mid fed as well. Bot then proceeds to go aggro as 2 squishies and feed Rengar over and over again. Rengar outscales most junglers so it didn't even matter that I got fed.

why do you pick weak laners
"weak lane" doesnt mean you are inclined to go and die for free every 2 minutes
if rengar is behind or at least not fed, its your junglers job to keep him under control. the junglers job isnt to gank every 20 seconds but to control the enemy jungler. if rengar has only one option to come back into the game and win it and that option is to gank that specific lane over and over, its your junglers duty to figure that out and prevent rengar from doing so.

this goes for any jungler btw, not just for rengar.
