She's one of my 2 main supports and I have no Idea who to choose against her. My other main is Thresh and according to champion select She counters him. I'm slightly lost, she doesnt have many counters listed on that website. Assistance please?

Seriously, she is squishy as fuck and has low as hell base HP. Just all in at her at level 2.
Lost R1 votesHer primary weakness is like any other support mage. She's not good against someone who can stick to her like glue, and unless she's Machinegun Lulu (in which case, there's a maneuver you should practice), she's going to suck when it comes to melee and burst damage. Nautilus, Leona, and Maokai are strong counters against her shenanigans. Assassins like Akali, LeBlanc and Zed are also strong against her. But not Yasuo; that Wind Wall will not save your ass.
Troy2426211 votesI strongly disagree with Leona/Alistar etc. because she can incredibly easily force them out of lane through consistent poking. I actually enjoy picking Lulu into these two because I know I can control the lane.
The champion I hate dealing with the most is 
because she can just prevent you from ever poking. Try to win trade? AA to the face. Disengage the trade? AA to the face. Try to E>Q combo her? You guessed it, AA to the face, then another AA for trying to leave.
Shield+Poke combo is pretty hard to out-trade unless you can dodge her Q then land your E>Q combo consistently, which in other words means outplay the Karma.
Hits harder and can heal through your poke. Pretty nasty engage. Pretty much have to hope she extends w/o her ADC following up because she is squishy.
Can be rough. Can out-range her, and that's the exact strategy you have to use, because you're squishy and her combo will kill you.EDIT: For the downvoters, I looked it up to see if I'm alone in my opinion, and it appears that I am not:
