Riot should make the default settings have smartcast + range indicators

Make new players form good habits like using smartcast.

Also for those of you coming in here to say "HURR DURR I PLAY LOCKED NO SMARTCAST AND I'M SILVER 3 IT'S GOOD" save your breath since you can ask virtually any high elo/pro player and they'll tell you it's better to play smartcast/unlocked and the percentage of people who use either of those two versus the ones who don't as you go up in elo begins to favor smartcast/unlocked extremely hard.
