I love Miss. Fortune, she is my highest played ADC and my fourth highest champ in general, she is my favorite one to play, and yet I can't stand playing her lethality, it feels so bad, and unless you are playing vs nothing but squishy I can't even say its good. The new ADC items an builds kinda make crit MF a really slow ramp, so I really want to hear from you guys, what a good MF build by not taking lethality?

Well, considering MF in the current meta uses Conqueror, I'd say give a crit build try. Because with IE and Conqueror proced your ult will deal 35% true damage.
I mean, at least slip a black cleaver in your build so while you're not doing damage, your ult will soften them up for your teammates.

This gives good power in your first two items without going lethality or waiting on a bunch of gold for early crit, but then you have crit for the mid/late game to shred tanks.

Have you tried hybrid MF. Gunblade, death dance, cleaver, maw, shojins. You ain't doing much damage but impossible to burst.
Ok going to give u my opinion. Her lethality build is the best at the moment. IF u want to win, build lethality. Her items are much cheaper than the other crit items so she can power spike much faster. Also they changed the armour pen on last whisper to total armour pen which is part of the lethality build and much better towards tanks. I recommend ghostblade,duskblade,rapid fire cannon(boosts q range as well as auto), possibly a stormrazor or essence reaver and another crit item of choice. Take conqueror and when it procs ult straight away, this is by far the best build for her and I’m happy that we share a passion for this champion, I love her too (p.s. take swiftness boots)

Finally, either greed for another Zeal item and 100% crit, or play it safer with 
BF sword -> Zeal -> Crit item (I personally like Statik shiv but go with anything u want) -> Infinity. Idk what you play like so the rest is up to you. Essence reaver, Lifesteal, etc.
Before this patch I always built crit on her and i totally understand where youre coming from because lethality, especially when youre behind as well, can make it feel like youre throwing pebbles at tanks.
This patch ive been building something weird that i think works out really well? full disclosure it has two lethality items in it but it seems to work well enough against tanks while also keeping your damage on your ult strong. (Its kind of half baked but BOY is it fun)
Take dark harvest and start with early and then go for and either / (i prefer rfc here :3)
