So you guys want to update the coin line?

You get 8/12 gold and 10/15 XP whenever you heal or shield an ally. This can only occur once every 15 seconds. Bonuses are doubled on allies under 50% health.

Fixed it for you.

And then the people who picked it for the early CDR would have no use for it, like Blitz.

No. That doesn't fix its interactivity issues and encourages spamming shields and heals.
