One Change to Make Kassadin More Fun To Lane Against

After my n-th game against Kassadin, I finally figured out why exactly I hate laning against him: his unavoidable poke. His Q is a targeted spell that cannot be avoided no matter what you do once fired. While it's possible to stay out of his engagement range pre-six if you're willing to be zoned, it's not realistic to avoid his range after that as his ult can close the gap.

I simply request that his Q be made a skillshot. I don't mind if it's a Lux/Veigar-style penetrating skillshot or even if it goes through infinite targets. I just want to be able to do *something *against it. You can buff its damage at low levels, I don't care. But please, make it something that can be dodged.
